Make a Payment
Most client invoices are customized based on the services provided, complexity, and scope of work.
If you have already received your invoice, please pay directly from the payment link included in your invoice.
If you have not received your invoice yet, please contact our office before making a payment so we can make sure the correct service and amount are applied.
Extension Fee Deadlines
- 1040 / 1120: Due by 12 noon on April 15th of the current tax year (or adjusted last filing date if applicable).
- 1120S-Corp & 1065 Partnership: Due by 12 noon on March 15th of the current tax year (or adjusted last filing date if applicable).
Payment Policy
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated in writing. Payment plans are generally not accepted. However, if a payment plan is agreed upon in writing, a finance charge will apply to the outstanding balance. All payment plan terms, including the finance charge amount, will be disclosed in writing prior to the start of the arrangement, in accordance with applicable consumer protection guidelines.
- Any balance not paid according to the agreed payment schedule is subject to a 5% late payment fee on the outstanding balance. Clients will be notified in writing prior to any late fee being assessed, in accordance with applicable consumer protection guidelines.
- Tax preparation, advisory services, prior-year reviews, notice support, and business services may require separate fees depending on the scope of work.
