Important Policies
These policies help us serve clients in an organized, accurate, and professional manner.
POLICY 1 β RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time must be made by contacting our office directly β self-service cancellations are not available within the 24-hour window. Please call (317) 295-8004 or email info@diamondtaxindy.com.
POLICY 2 β NO-SHOW & SAME-DAY CANCELLATION FEE
No-shows and same-day cancellations are subject to a $100 appointment fee. This fee is applied as a credit in full toward your next completed appointment. First-time occurrences will receive an invoice; repeated no-shows or unresolved fees must be cleared before future appointments can be confirmed.
POLICY 3 β VIRTUAL CLIENTS β DOCUMENT SUBMISSION
Virtual clients must upload all required documents a minimum of 48 hours in advance of their scheduled appointment. This allows adequate time for thorough review and ensures the highest quality of service. Appointments without documents on file by the 48-hour deadline will be rescheduled. No exceptions.
POLICY 4 β ENGAGEMENT LETTER & RETAINER
Applicable services require a signed engagement letter and/or retainer payment to confirm your appointment. Instructions will be provided in your booking confirmation. Your appointment is not fully confirmed until all required steps are completed.
