Before your appointment, make sure your required documents have been uploaded and your questionnaires or organizers have been completed.
Virtual Appointments: Document Deadline
All documents for virtual appointments must be uploaded a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment time.
If documents are not received at least 24 hours before the appointment time, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Need to Reschedule?
Please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are subject to a $100 fee, which will be applied to your bill once a successful appointment is completed.
